We explore and develop novel integrated microsystems based on MEMS, Ultrasound, and Calorimetric technologies and devices. We are interested in autonomous microsystems at the AIMS lab, and we research power-sustaining sensing architectures and the integration of computational capabilities in the analog and digital domains. At AIMS Lab, we combine physics and data science (AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning) to discover and invent novel sensors, micro-actuators, and computational devices through nanofabrication and advanced manufacturing.
